Focused on designing end to end automatic human-free processes based on seamless user experience. I have 8 years of experience in managing team and helping with team members personal growth.
My expertise encompasses all aspects of IT program management, from establishing product roadmap & strategies, driving digital transformation, and directing the entire program lifecycle to enhancing companywide performance, leading delivery/release, and nurturing a high-performance team culture.
I’m skilled at liaising with multiple stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and introducing Agile best practices. Further, my ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change.
